BCEES welcomes volunteers to assist in various programs and organizational roles including board committee membership, fundraising, summer camp facilitator, After-school tutor, Seniors computer program tutor, program activities facilitator, social marketing support, Website updater, social media maintenance and, office support, etc.

Apart from contributing their skills, volunteers gain valuable work skills including Canadian experience, and get a Certificate of Volunteerism on completion of their engagement. BCEES volunteers are able to leverage the agency’s skills, resources, and networks to support their service needs such as employment support and access to community resources. As well, BCEES is able to provide letters of reference to volunteers who complete at least 3 months of continuous volunteer engagement with BCEES.
